Higher Level Teaching Assistant (SEND) Preparation for Assessment

This course is to prepare candidates for their HLTA accreditation assessment, with a specific focus on SEND.

The course covers SEND examples for all the HLTA standards, how to write the assessment tasks, and practice for the assessment interview.

The SST is partnered with Teaching London for delivery of this training. Accreditation will be on the HNAP nationally recognised HLTA status.

Please note that candidates MUST have support and recommendation from their school to take part. They must be or have been leading whole class learning in the past year, and they must have Maths and English Level 2 qualifications.

There are two options available: Online Twilights (7 x 2hr sessions) or Face to Face (3 x 5hr days).  Preparation costs £450 and Assessment costs £300.  Please use the contact form for your initial enquiry.
